Happy Work Studio is an Istanbul-based boutique agency with a branch office in Doha, Qatar, founded by Mine Dedekoca. With 15+ years in the Future of Work and positive psychology, it leads cultural transformation for organizations across Türkiye, Europe and MENA, combining a small core team, a vetted expert network and five international partner institutions.

Our story
Happy Work Studio grew out of its founder's own remote-work career. Mine Dedekoca represented Upwork in Türkiye from 2012, managed remote teams as country manager for global companies, and was among the first in Türkiye to bring people together around flexible work and the Future of Work.
Over the years the question changed from where people work to how they feel at work. Today HWS combines Future of Work expertise with the science of well-being: a clear diagnosis, values that turn into behavior, skills for people and leaders, and a year-round rhythm that keeps it alive.

Meet the founder
Mine Dedekoca
Founder · Workplace Culture Curator
Mine Dedekoca is a Future of Work and workplace happiness expert. She is Chief Well-being Officer at the World Happiness Foundation, a certified Happiness Coach (Happiitude, Berkeley Well-Being Institute), an AQai practitioner and executive coach, Hacking HR faculty and Strategic Advisor at Virtasant.
She was named Most Successful Country Manager at Crossover, one of the world's largest remote employers, and her freelancing program with UNHCR for refugees was featured on Forbes.com. She has spoken at Hacking HR, Running Remote and the World Happiness Foundation Summit, and has advised more than 100 individuals and organizations, including Mey Diageo, Danone and Nutricia.
